Your Financial Aid Orders

If you are an Internet Academy student ordering books online using Financial Aid, please choose the A/R button and put your student "H" number in the field under "A/R Charge" in the payment window. Any online order using Financial Aid (A/R) as your payment will be shipped out after August 12th. If you are expecting Financial Aid for your book purchases, you must make sure that your account is active. You may do this by logging into to www.herkimer.edu, and selecting the link for Student Online Services. Please follow the instructions for logging in. If your account summary shows a credit balance sufficient to charge your book order, you are all set. If you expected Financial Aid that is not showing up on your account, then please contact the Financial Aid Office. Walk-in Financial Aid orders for students taking classes on campus begin August 27, 2008. Please be sure that you have completed a Generals Card Authorization form (included with your student billing) if you want the credit applied to your Generals Card. The completed form should be returned to the Bursar’s Office.

Please don't assume that since you qualified for financial aid that it will automatically be set up for you.

Welcome to the NEW HCCC Bookstore!! After a year of construction, the new bookstore is open for business. Please come in and check out all of the new features in the bookstore. We have new clothes, gifts, cappuccinos, espressos, a take out lunch menu and so much more! Graduation gifts are available as well as the campus' favorite sweatshirts and t-shirts.

You can use your Generals Cash Card for purchases in the Bookstore, Cafeteria, General's Store and other participating businesses.

Go to the Generals Cash Card web site to put money on your card with any credit card, it's easy!

Come into the Bookstore or go to the Bursar's Office to put money on the Generals Cash Card with cash or check.
