Summer Hours

Beginning the week of June 15, the Bookstore will be open Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:00. We will be closed on Fridays until the week of August 17. The Bookstore will resume regular bookstore until the beginning of the new semester when extended hours will take place.

Your Financial Aid Orders

If you are an Internet Academy student ordering books online using Financial Aid, please choose the A/R button and put your student "H" number in the field under "A/R Charge" in the payment window. If you are expecting Financial Aid for your book purchases, you must make sure that your account is active. You may do this by logging into to www.herkimer.edu, and selecting the link for Student Online Services. Please follow the instructions for logging in. If your account summary shows a credit balance sufficient to charge your book order, you are all set. If you expected Financial Aid that is not showing up on your account, then please contact the Financial Aid Office.

Please don't assume that since you qualified for financial aid that it will automatically be set up for you.
